We currently have immediate openings in our Child, Adolescent, and Adult Outpatient Day Treatment Programs!!

These are ideal programs for individuals who are struggling to maintain functioning in their work, home and/or schools settings and for whom a weekly outpatient clinic appointment is just not sufficient support at the current time.

This is also an ideal structured environment for those individuals stepping down from residential or inpatient care.

Our Outpatient Day Program addresses both Substance Use and Mental Illness and includes same-day contact with a psychiatristupon admission. Also included in the five-hours/day of programming is group therapy, nursing, and discharge planning.

The Child/Adolescent Day Program has a specific track for those individuals on the Autism Spectrum who also have a mental health diagnosis.

Patients go home during the night and return for an average of four weeks of programming. All Payers accepted.

For Fargo-Moorhead residents, Prairie St. John’s offers a shuttle service to and from outpatient day treatment.

We also have current bed openings in our Adult Substance Use Residential Program! Many Payers as well as MN Rule 25 Consolidated Funds accepted for Residential Programs.
