Motivation Education & Training Inc.
MET currently provides rural communities in Minnesota, North Dakota, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, and Wyoming with employment training, family services and activities through a network of service centers.​
Almost all the courses are online. The only ones that are in person are Welding and CDL.
Almost all online course enrollments also receive a free laptop of up to $300 value.
Tuition is paid by MET so Free courses to eligible applicants.
The cornerstone of MET has always been to provide an avenue of self-sufficiency that leads to livable wages. Everyone is encouraged to apply.
Relief funds are offered when available.
CRT: Classroom Training Stipend $7.25 an Hour of training completed.
DPL: Direct Placement
WEX: Work experience, $10.50 an hour, up to 40 hours a week, 12 weeks.
OJT: On the Job Training, reimburse 50% wages for up to 8 weeks to employers.
