F/M Community & Cultural Center is located directly off 23rd street in South Fargo. The facility features a large meeting room with the capacity of 200 people. The setting is perfect for wedding receptions, organization banquets and annual dinners.
Rentals are based on a three(3) hour minimum on Sunday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday rentals require a five (5) hour minimum rental period. Set up times must be contained within your rental period
Monday-Thursday - $75.00 per hour plus $100 clean-up fee for rental between 5:00 p.m. until 12:00 midnight (cannot rent earlier than 5:00 p.m.)
Friday - $550 flat fee plus $100 clean-up fee for rental between 5:00 p.m. to Midnight (cannot rent earlier than 5:00 p.m.)
Saturday - $960 flat fee plus $100 clean-up fee for rental between 4:00 p.m. to Midnight (additional $120 per hour if renting prior to 4:00 p.m.)
Sunday $75.00 per hour plus $100 clean-up fee for rental between 8 a.m. until 11:00 p.m
