10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Pangaea – Cultivate Our Cultures Volunteer Opportunities:
- Greeters / Counters – 1 each shift
- Greet the general public as they enter the event.
- 9:45 a.m. - 12 Noon
- 12 p.m. - 2 p.m.
- 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.
- Participant Check-In– 1 each shift
- Assistant peformers, food vendors and cultural exhibitors as they arrive
- 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.
- 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
- 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
- Food Ticket Booth – 2 each shift
- Sell food tickets to event attendees
- 10 a.m. - 12 Noon
- 12 p.m. - 2 p.m.
- 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.
- Hospitality Room - 2 each shift
- Assist with keeping snacks and beverages stocked for performers and volunteers. Assist volunteers and participants as needed.
- 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.
- 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
- 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
- 3 p.m. - cleanup
- HHIC Kitchen / Dining Room - 3 each shift
- 7a.m. - 9 a.m. - help bring food in
- 9 a.m. -11 a.m. - help cooks set up booths, to wash tables, to encourage evaluations
- 11 a.m. -1 p.m. - wash tables, to encourage evaluations, to give cooks a break
- 1 p.m.-3 p.m. - wash tables, to encourage evaluations, to give cooks a break
- 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. - help cooks take down booths, count food tickets, encourage evaluations, clean up
- Cleanup Crew - 5
- take stuff downstairs, put away tables and chairs, clean kitchen
